A vegan cake recipe can consist of: 1) 1/3 or 2 tbsp almond oil as a base, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 onion powder, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/4 Cup coconut milk, 1 cup water; 2 eggs, 1 cup plain yogurt, and 1/4 Cup vegan milk. You can choose up to 2 tbsp organic (or low-fat) milk as it provides added vitamins, antioxidants, plant-based protein and nutrients.

2) 2 oz (400g) of almond milk or 12 oz (100g) almond milk, with a tablespoon of coconut oil, 1 egg, 3 to 4 tbsp soy milk, 1 cup coconut milk, and 5 to 6 cups water.

3) 1 cup (16g) of cream with 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/2 tbsp soy milk, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup.

4) 1/2 tsp maple syrup, including 2 tbsp maple syrup.
