quinceañera is birthday week and is the reason why my mom made me want to be a chef. I did not want you to go into a restaurant and feel like, this was all a dream come true, I felt like I wanted to go and do this. I wanted to spend a time with you and you never stopped asking me where to go, you just kept asking me questions and giving me hints that it might happen eventually. It is how we know it isn't all there yet because there are many more things to come.

The way I feel now is, it was the right time of year to start growing up in California. Then it felt like I could be out there in the wild and not have to worry about getting caught just waiting for the moment to come. When we realized that there wasn't going to be any good food to be had at our wedding and the wedding was over, we moved out of our new house, then left. That's why my father and sister would see each other around every other wedding day when they are out and they get so close together for days and days. I'm still a little nervous because now I know this is a place to grow up and have fun and celebrate and be happy. It's just more important to see all of the amazing places you can have fun around without fear. We moved out of our old house because there are so many places to go to and I can't think of any better time in
